✅ 1. Be transparent. AI systems often operate in the background, making decisions users may not fully understand. This can erode trust—especially when personal data is involved.

  • Clearly explain what data you're collecting, how it's being used, and why

  • Offer privacy settings that give users real control over their information

  • Use plain language—avoid burying key details in jargon-filled policies.

✅ 2. Address bias proactively. AI systems learn from data. If that data is biased, so are the outcomes—leading to exclusionary, inaccurate, or even harmful experiences.
